We offer our 30-day return policy on items which arrive damaged or if you have received the wrong item. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us.

To start a return, you can contact us using our contact form or emailing us at email@example.com. We will then review your request and update you on whether or not it has been accepted within 5 business days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Return postage is to be paid by the customer who is returning their item. Once we have received your returned product and inspected it, we will process the refund within 2 business days. Refunds are processed back to the order's original payment method, and can take up to 10 business days to fully process.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your order was returned to sender, lost or stuck in transit, it is the buyer's responsibility to inquire about the discrepancy. If your order was returnedby the carrier due to an invalid address, you will need to pay for shipping again to receiveyour order.
If you ordered Tracked Postage on a sticker order, your tracking information will automatically be sent to you via email when your order has been fulfilled.
